FAQ

Straight answers before you pick up the phone.

The questions we hear at nearly every Schaumburg-area walkthrough — answered the way we'd answer in your kitchen.

For a typical hall bathroom in the Schaumburg area, full remodels usually land between

4,000 and $22,000. Primary bathrooms with custom showers, stone and heated floors typically run $22,000–$40,000+. Every project gets a written, itemized quote after a free walkthrough — never a guess over the phone.

Most full bathroom remodels take 2–4 weeks from demo to final seal. Tub-to-shower conversions usually run 5–8 working days; backsplashes take 2 days. We give you a working schedule before we start and tell you immediately if anything shifts it.

Porcelain is the workhorse: dense, nearly waterproof and easy to keep clean. For shower floors we recommend mosaics — hex, penny round or 2" squares — because more grout joints mean more grip underfoot. Natural stone is beautiful but needs sealing; we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits your maintenance appetite.

Yes — always. We visit, measure, talk layout and materials, and leave you a written itemized quote. No fee, no obligation, and no salesperson camping in your living room.
